S5 max - charging problem

Hi,

When my robot couldn't find the charge dock, I noticed that the charger light was no longer on. and it's not charging anymore :(

Could the charge dockbe broken? What should I do? Anyone with the same issue?

Hello, Thanks for reaching out.

According to the description, there may be something wrong with the dock.

If the device is still under warranty, you may contact the seller to see if they can provide a replacement dock.
