Roborock S5 - won't update

Roborock S5 - won't update

I have just bought a Roborock S5.

The Vacuum added over Wi-Fi no problem but then insists I must update.

However it will not update.

Google suggested I try other regions so tried UK, USA, Mainland China and Singapore all didn't help.

Without updating the vacuum just sits on the map loading screen.

Any ideas?
