Hello guys,

Device manual advises not to use any cleaning liquids. Is there any mild cleaning liquids we could use when mopping?

We are in the cove-19 ear and water seems not to be enough :(

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Usually, we don't suggest our customers add anything into the water because the bubble made by chemical substance in cleaner may block the filter and cause no water out. Customers could give it a shot. If all is fine, we think it is OK to add. But if anything wrong on mopping, please clean the tank with water and don't use the cleaner any more.

    Can You, please, tell me, where is the water filter placed in S5 Max model? I know where are the filters in S5 model, but I didn't see it in Max model.

    Hi, there is no water filter in S5 Max, with the detergent added, it may block the water out hole.
