Deal all,

The robot starts to act strangely.

The robot pushes forward and moves the chair when it bump into the chair. It doesn't not make the bump off motion where he hits it and backed off anymore. It knocks over a heavy ladder which it used to "bump and back off" before.

I have reset the robot. Wiped dusts off the sensors. cleaned the dustbin, area that hold the dustbin, and main brush.

Any suggestions?

    could you provide the device info as picture below?


    Use wet cloth to clean the wall sensor and cliff sensors again.

    Turn over the robot and ensure that there is nothing stuck in the wheels as well.
