Vacuum going backwards and getting stuck at walls

Had my unit for 1.5 yrs. Used weekly. Two weeks ago it started to get stuck at walls and appears to be attempting to go backwards. I have cleaned all sensors and parts.

Turn over the robot and ensure that there is nothing stuck in the wheels.
