S5 max seems lost, doesn't move, no map

I've had my s5 max for 8 months and have had no issues. A few days ago it started acting funny and wasn't cleaning, it would say positioning and go in circles. If it did move around, there was no pattern, going in circles, not cleaning correctly. I tried resetting hoping it would work again, and still is lost. It stays in the same spot going in circles and doesn't create a map. I tried emailing support and haven't gotten a response. Please help! This was $600 there is no reason it shouldn't be working!

  • Hello,

    Go to cleaning history and send us a problematic cleanup map.

    Use wet cloth to clean the wall sensor and cliff sensors.

    Turn over the robot and ensure that there is nothing stuck in the wheels.

    Besides, you can move the dock's position to a more central area of the house.

    Also, if the water tank is installed, please uninstall it to have a try.

    @RR_Support:

    So cleaning the sensor totally worked! It was going about 30 minutes and it started acting funny again. I was getting so frustrated! Then it finally said the wheel was stuck. I noticed a small white thing in the wheel well and with tweezers I started pulling and pulling, it was a dryer sheet! Jeez! It has been working fine since. Thank you for your help!
