"The current network is slow" error for the last 2 days

It's been over 1 month since I bought the Roborock S5 Max.

For the last 2 days it says "The network is slow" error on the map screen and doesn't show the map.

I have recreated the map and still not loading and giving the same error.

What just happened suddenly and map is not loading any more!

It is so frustrating!

  • I am having the exact same problem. It loads ... eventually ... after several retries and I repeat the same issue almost every day. Was working flawlessly until recently.

    Try to reboot the robot first. You can hold the power button for 3-5 seconds to do so.


    If it is still the same, try to reset the robot's wifi and reconnect it.
