    Hi, thanks for reaching out. The Russian version of S7MaxV supports Russian voice pack, while other versions may not support it. Would you please tell me the first 5 letters of your device's SN so that we can see if your device is Russian version or not?

    Here's where you can find the SN: Open the cover of the device and take out the dustbin. There's a barcode on the device (not on dustbin). The SN is under the barcode like R0201S82418800.

    If the device has already been added to the app, SN could also be checked there.
