I have an S7 Max Ultra, when completing a Vac & Mop cycle, it will not empty the dust bin. The Vacuum bag is not full and I have insured that the vacuum ducts are clear in the vac and dock. I have been manually emptying the bin. Any remedies to this issue?

Do you mean the emptying starts, there's a lot of dirt remaining in the bin after empyting? If yes, could you please double check if the main brush cover is well installed or not?

There are 4 tabs on the main brush cover. They should be inserted into the 4 corresponding slots on the main brush housing. See the video below:

If it's well installed, but the issue persists, could you please send us a picture to show the bottom of the robot?
