White Noise in video call

I have a Roborock S7 MaxV and there was an earthquake 3 months ago.I carry my roborock aporoximately 10000 kilometers in 3 month and now when I make a video call,I only hear a sound like white noise,what can I do?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph.
