Cleaner product for S5max

Hi! I just recently purchased an S5Max. We are really happy with it except for the fact you can only mop with water. To me that’s not really cleaning. Is there any natural cleaning product you can suggest that is safer for the machine? Like a vinegar product with essential oils or Mrs. Meyers cleaning products?

Hi, Carol, We are glad to hear you like the robot. Usually, we don't suggest our customers add anything into the water because the bubble made by chemical substance in cleaner may block the filter and cause no water out. Customers could give it a shot. If all is fine, we think it is OK to add. But if anything wrong on mopping, please clean the tank with water and don't use the cleaner any more.

I've been using Windex (glass cleaner) without issue on our tiled kitchen floor.

I haven't tried anything for our hardwood floor other than water.
