Hello, I noticed that the automatic empty of the robot dustbin does not manage to empty the dustbin. The robot docks to the base, the dustbin empty process starts, but the dust still remains in the robot bin. I tried to clean up the air duct, place a new dustbin bag but still same issue. Anyone has similar experience?
We are sorry to hear that your device did not work well. Please try the following:
Could you please double check if the main brush cover is well installed or not?
There are 4 tabs on the main brush cover. They should be inserted into the 4 corresponding slots on the main brush housing. See the video below:

If the issue persists, would you please reach out to our support team at support@roborock.com(if you are in EU, contact support@roborock-eu.com) so that we can better assist?
I've noticed the dust shield inside the top of the dust bin area gets covered with debris and affects the suction power. Is this piece able to be removed and cleaned? Only solution I've found is to brush it clean with the included brush but the next time the base empties it just attracts the dust back on top of it
