Before I buy I had two questions.. question 1 is the mop pad washable or do I need to buy other pads for it ? Question 2 I live in the Cayman Islands, do you think the mobile app will connect from my location?

Does mop pad mean the mopping cloth? If yes, we do have the reusable mopping cloth.

Also, the international version product can connect to the app.
