My s6 pure roborock wont start

My robot suddenly told me "failed to start. Restore factory settings. It will take 5 minutes" and keep telling me that. The device wont turn on, the wifi indicator is off. i've tried to reset by push the reset button using pin and also by pressing the home and start button but nothing happen.

the charging dock worked normaly. The light indicator of the dock is firmly white. And if i put the robot, the light is off. But i've noticed that the home and start buttons are a bit warm when i touched it.

what's wrong with the device? Can anyone help me solve thw probelm?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    Problem solved. I took out the battery and it's temperature decreased. After few hours i installed back the battery and put the device back to the charging dock. And reset the wifi. It goes back to normal. Hopefully it doesn't happen again
