Request for Roborock PC Application Availability in Israel

Dear Roborock Support Team,


I am a satisfied Roborock user in Israel. I currently use my robot vacuum and am very happy with its performance.


However, I primarily use a PC and do not have a smartphone. I understand that a dedicated PC application for Roborock is not currently available in Israel.


I would like to kindly request that you consider developing and releasing a PC application for Windows that is officially available and supported in the Israeli market. This would greatly enhance the user experience for customers like me who rely on a computer for smart home management.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
