You missed the boat on the brush design. It should NOT be a spiral moving towards one side as any debris picked up on that side is continually forced in that direction away fromn the vacuum source. The brush should have two spirals both moving debris towards the center. Of all the enginering that goes on building these things you would think that someone would realize this. All the Chinese vacuums appear to be made this way and are very ineffective on cat litter.
