I have tried cleaning the sensors, making sure nothing is near the robot, taking off and on the water tank, updating the firmware, nothing works, the robot always says error 8

Pls help, thank you in advance

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    1. Could you pls send us a screenshot to show the cleanup summary without the water tank?

    If robot reports "error 8, robot trapped. Clear obstacles surrounding robot" when there is actually nothing around it, try methods below.

    1. Please do not move the robot when it's doing cleaning. Otherwise it may get lost and say error 8.

    2. If the error happens only in one place frequently, please send us a picture to show how the place looks like.

    3. Turn over robot to check if there's anything stuck in the wheels and turn them manually to feel if they are too loose or too tight.

    4. If water tank or mop mount is installed, remove it to test if the error will still appear.

    5. Please check if there's anything stuck in the front wheel. See video below:
