Hai I had trouble first charging up the power in the dock for a roborock s8 pro ultra type,

I've been through the manual book many times but it's not helping, if there's any advice

    The robot was placed in the wrong direction. The charging contacts are on the left and the right side of the camera so the camera side should be facing inward the docking station.

    When robot is in charging mode, the dock indicator light will be off.
