S7 "Check for air duct blockages and empty the dustbin"

I keep getting this "Check for air duct blockages and empty the dustbin" error message even though there are no blockages in the vacuum or docking station. The filter is clean and the bag is not full. What is causing this and how do I clear this notification?

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.

    would you please check the following? 

    1) Turn over the base of the robot, then please check if the air duct is blocked or not. See attached picture. 


    2) Please check if the dust inlet is blocked or not. See the attached picture "dust inlet".

    I have the same issue, but none of these steps help. There is no blockage, but it sounds like there is an air LEAK
